Victor Hartmann  (1973 Manila, Philippines), also known as a versatile  author  and  artist, Shawn Lee Hartmann is a multientrepreneur, investor and visionary. ​Was adopted and came to Germany in 1985 and is married.​ Has more than 25 years of professional experience. Is in the real estate and investment industry since 2003, in international sales consulting industry since 2010 and in the digitalization industry since 2013.​

Was also a key figure in the digitalization of the auction industry in the DACH region.​

Today he is CEO at e-Valuate, e-Scalate and Tokenizer, COO at GetNewSolutions and stratigic investor of several other companies.
